My results from the Braverman test are as followed:
Thru my years of training i do see a very strong similarity between Acetylcholine, and allso wood from the 5 elements and the way i have kept burning my self out.
But my question is, as most of my numbers are in the 30’s am a Mix and should i train more after that, with a bit more Acetylcholine focus thru the program.?

The articles on Tnation are outdated. I made MANY changes to the system… MANY!!! The more I use and teach the system, the better it becomes. Go to the article section on Thibarmy there are a lot of new videos on the neurotypes
